Team Leader - Drogheda Our client, a successful retailer offering a wide selection of home, DIY, and seasonal products are seeking a motivated Team Leader to join their busy store in Co. Drogheda. As Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, while consistently delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with a focus on achieving sales targets, maximizing team productivity, and maintaining store standards. Key responsibilities: Motivate, coach, and lead a team of retail associates to achieve goals Foster a positive and customer-focused culture among team members Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations Drive sales targets through effective team management and sales strategies Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment Implement visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and organized store environment Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement Experience and skills required: Proven experience in a retail leadership role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Salary: 13.50 - 14.05 per hour depending on experience. 40 hour week.
