As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for driving sales, leading a passionate team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets. Drive sales initiatives and identify opportunities for growth within the department. Ensure the shop floor is well-maintained, beautifully presented, and fully stocked. Train, mentor, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Analyse sales figures, reporting on performance and implementing strategies to maximise revenue. Collaborate with the wider management team to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. What we're looking for: 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory/management role. Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire your team and provide exceptional service to customers. Passionate about home interiors and premium products, with a keen eye for detail. Adaptability and a desire to grow. What's on offer?
