Main Responsibilities:
- Support Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a customer-centric team culture.
- Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring great standards and exceptional service are delivered every day.
- Review store performance data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
