Support the store management team as a Team Leader, overseeing store operations and ensuring consistency of standards across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a role model for colleagues, demonstrating excellence in company standards
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving best practice standards across the store
• Maintain best practice standards across departments and create a positive working environment
• Carry out operational training and coaching, implementing new processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving high performance standards
• Minimum 1-year experience in grocery retail
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service
