Support the store management team as a Team Leader, overseeing store operations and ensuring consistency of standards across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a role model for colleagues, demonstrating excellence in company standards
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving best practice standards across the store
- Maintain best practice standards across departments and create a positive working environment
- Carry out operational training and coaching, implementing new processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving high performance standards
- Minimum 1-year experience in grocery retail
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service
