Team Leader - Bakery Coffee Shop

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced team leader to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading and supervising staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
2. Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
3. Training and mentoring staff, promoting teamwork, motivation, and engagement.
4. Assisting with order preparation, ensuring quality of goods and beverages.
5. Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
6. Managing stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing wastage to ensure efficient shop performance.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Proven experience and references in a supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality, bakery, or coffee shop industry.
2. A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
5. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
6. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
