- Leading and supervising staff to ensure high standards of customer service
- Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Training and mentoring staff to promote teamwork, motivation, and engagement
- Assisting with order preparation and ensuring quality of goods and beverages
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing wastage to ensure efficient shop performance
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience and references in a supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality, bakery, or coffee shop industry
