Job Description: We are seeking 2 Full-Time Team Leaders to join the team at Cineworld Dublin. As a Team Leader, you will provide leadership and support to Team Members, deliver an unrivaled cinema experience, and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Food handling and stock control
- Use of technology, including IT systems and till operations
- Cleaning
- Maintaining standards
- Dealing with large groups of people
- Addressing and resolving complaints
- Induction and training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
- Duty Manager Key Holding Duties
