Cineworld Dublin is seeking 2 Full-Time Team Leaders to join their team. In this role, you will be the face of Cineworld, delivering an exceptional cinema experience for customers.
As a Team Leader, you will provide leadership and support to the team, while ensuring a superior standard of service to customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Cash Handling and Reconciliation
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g., IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Increasing Sales and Maintaining Standards
- Dealing with Large Groups and Addressing Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members and Monitoring Compliance
- Duty Manager Key Holding Duties
