Part-time Team Leader role in Dublin City Centre, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a luxury beauty retail environment.
As a Team Leader in our Dublin City Centre store, you will be at the forefront of bringing the REFY brand to life. You will be responsible for giving excellent customer service and ensuring the highest standards across every touch point of the customer journey. This role requires flexibility and a keen interest in luxury beauty retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Record accurate sales information on a regular basis
- Responsible for monitoring and achieving counter and team KPIs
- Build strong brand and retailer partnerships
- Execute brand strategic initiatives successfully
- Plan and execute impactful store events that meet brand standards
- Ensure counter is merchandised to Refy guidelines at all times
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate stock file and inventory levels
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in a management role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, work collaboratively and build positive, effective business partnerships
