Job Summary: We are looking for 2 Full-Time Team Leaders to join the team at Cineworld Dublin. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering an unrivaled cinema experience for customers, providing leadership and support to team members, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling (including reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g., IT systems, till operations, telephones)
- Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing face to face with large groups of people
- Addressing and resolving complaints
- Induction and training of team members
- Coaching team members
- Maintaining compliance and standards
- Duty Manager Key Holding Duties
