Team Leader sought for residential care and outreach support services. Lead team, ensure person-centered care, supervise staff, maintain standards and manage crises. Qualifications in health and social care, minimum two years' experience in supervisory role. Evidence of CORU application. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead, motivate and support a team of care staff in delivering exceptional care to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Ensure all services are delivered in a manner that respects and promotes the dignity, independence and rights of service users.
* Supervise, mentor and develop team members, conducting regular appraisals and addressing any training needs.
* Maintain the highest standards of care in line with relevant legislation, health and safety protocols and organizational policies.
* Oversee the development, implementation and review of individualized care plans in collaboration with service users, their families and other professionals.
* Act as a point of contact between staff, service users, families and external professionals, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.
* Respond to and manage incidents or emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
**Requirements:**
* Third level qualification in health and social care.
* Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory or line management role.
* Full driving license permitting legal driving in Ireland.
* Personal commitment to continuous professional development.
* Professional commitment and passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults with intellectual disability, autism or associated mental health difficulties.
* Evidence of commencement of CORU application.
