**Cineworld Dublin Seeks Experienced Team Leaders** We are looking for two Full-Time Team Leaders to join our team in Dublin City Centre. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our team members, ensuring a superior standard of service to our customers, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. **Key Responsibilities:** • Cash handling and reconciliation • Food handling and stock control • Use of technology, including IT systems and till operations • Cleaning and maintenance of the cinema • Increasing sales and maintaining standards • Dealing with large groups of people and addressing complaints • Induction and training of team members • Coaching and monitoring team members • Duty manager and key holding duties **Benefits:** • FREE MOVIES, including the Premiere Pass for you and a guest • 30 days holiday per year (pro rata) • Virtual GP, Pension Scheme, cash back healthcare plan, and eye care scheme • Retail incentives and in-house competitions **Career Aspirations:** As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, potentially progressing to a Cinema Manager role.
