We are seeking a Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our valet parking team at Dublin Airport.
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our valet parking team at Dublin Airport.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the valet parking team, providing direct line management to Drivers and Customer Service Advisors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Direct line management of Drivers and Customer Service Advisors, providing direction for vehicle runs and duties throughout the day.
- Manage vehicle key management, including daily vehicle counts.
- Manage and drive a runner vehicle, ensuring it is charged and equipped with petrol and diesel for customer vehicles.
- Direct drivers to their appropriate parking location in the Green Car Park to ensure all vehicles are moved efficiently throughout the day.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively and with ease.
- Proven people management, inclusive of development training.
- Ability to handle any minor mechanical issues with a car.
- A full valid UK/EU car licence.
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced working environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- The ability to work shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet business demands.
