Our client, a renowned premium department store, is looking for a Team Leader to join their home department. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for driving sales, leading a passionate team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in your department, helping to develop the team and meet sales targets, all while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Drive sales initiatives and identify opportunities for growth within the department.
- Ensure the shop floor is well-maintained, beautifully presented, and fully stocked.
- Train, mentor, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Analyse sales figures, reporting on performance and implementing strategies to maximise revenue.
- Collaborate with the wider management team to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory/management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire your team and provide exceptional service to customers.
- Passionate about home interiors and premium products, with a keen eye for detail.
- Adaptability and a desire to grow.
