Woodie's is Ireland's leading DIY, Home & Garden retailer with 35 stores nationwide and an online presence.
We are seeking a Leader to grow and develop our team and brand in Limerick Store.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in retail, sales or operations and be ready to step up.

Main responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and mentoring our store team.
- Communicating business goals and objectives to our colleagues.
- Identifying commercial opportunities in your local area.
- Managing cash and stock control.
- Supporting the store management team with payroll and headcount budgets.
- Authorising and handling refunds and exchanges.
- Managing the performance of your store colleagues.
- Conducting Performance Appraisals and supporting talent and succession planning.
- Maintaining excellent operational standards and a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
- Creating a phenomenal shopping experience for all customers.
The specifics:
- Full-time 39-hour contract.
- Working week 5 out of 7 days, every second weekend and Bank holiday required.
