As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and coffee experiences
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Providing coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Managing inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
