- Customer Service:** Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a phenomenal shopping experience for all customers.
- Mentoring and Motivating Team Members: Mentor and motivate store colleagues to achieve their best work.
- Communication and Leadership: Communicate business goals and objectives to colleagues, and lead by example as an authentic leader.
- Commercial Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities in your local area.
- Cash and Stock Control: Manage cash and stock control, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Recruitment and Performance Management: Support with the recruitment of store colleagues and manage the performance of your team.
- Health and Safety: Maintain excellent operational standards to provide a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
- Experience in retail, sales, or operations, with exposure to people management activities in a customer-facing environment.
- A desire to support and mentor store colleagues, and an ability to articulate messages clearly.
