Position: Team Leader with German
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of business development representatives to achieve ambitious targets and KPIs that align with client expectations.
- Maintain an active role in day-to-day operations, adapting quickly to client needs and evolving strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of client products and services, enabling your team to identify prospects and qualify opportunities effectively.
- Enhance team performance by identifying and implementing new systems, structures, and processes to boost efficiency.
- Foster a work environment centered on focus, teamwork, and exceptional performance.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure team goals are met, taking responsibility for performance management, discipline, attendance, and evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- 2+ years of experience in managing or coaching teams, particularly within the tech sector.
- Personal experience in developing qualified opportunities through self-generated pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in a high-energy environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Clear and thoughtful communicator with outstanding presentation, listening, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to contribute to the creation of new processes and systems, with a proven ability to streamline workflows for increased team efficiency.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to inspire and drive excellence within your team.
- Self-reliant, adaptable, and decisive, with the ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant software/hardware.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and a comfort level in making data-driven decisions.
