Job Description
- Plan, manage, and coordinate daily operations as part of a small, dedicated team.
- Manage an operations team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate and manage the stock control and management programme.
- Ensure teams adhere to PPE and best practice in health and safety procedures.
- Take a lead in ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Ensure all required administration duties are completed.
- Coordinate training schedules and training courses.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisor, team leader, or coordinator role.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as a team environment.
- Computer literate.
- Forklift experience an advantage.
