Job Description
- Plan, manage, and coordinate daily operations
- Manage an operations team
- Coordinate and manage stock control and management programme
- Ensure team adherence to PPE
- Lead in ensuring adherence to best practice in relation to health and safety procedures
- Ensure all required administration duties are completed
- Coordinate training schedules and training courses
Requirements:
- Previously held a supervisor, team leader or coordinator role
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good leadership, management and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as a team environment
- Computer literate
- Forklift experience an advantage
