Seeking a Team Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures in a dynamic environment.

Drogheda Port Company, a leading commercial regional port in Ireland, is expanding its operations team and seeking a skilled individual to join its team.

Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate daily operations
  • Manage an operations team
  • Coordinate and manage stock control and management programme
  • Ensure team adherence to PPE
  • Lead in ensuring adherence to best practice in relation to health and safety procedures
  • Ensure all required administration duties are completed
  • Coordinate training schedules and training courses

Requirements:

  • Previously held a supervisor, team leader or coordinator role
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Good leadership, management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as a team environment
  • Computer literate
  • Forklift experience an advantage
