**Data Center Network Manager for AWS** We are seeking a skilled Data Center Network Manager to lead our team in delivering data center network capacity across multiple AWS clusters in EMEA. **Job Description** As a Data Center Network Manager, you will be responsible for assessing demand requirements and available network resources to determine and drive prime solutions for our customers. You will work with stakeholders to complete pre-requisites necessary to deliver critical networking capacity and automate shared processes. You will lead programs with goals to improve infrastructure resource utilization and availability. **Key Responsibilities** • Monitor network health, customer demand, and anticipate risks to initiate corrective action. • Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes. • Ensure on-time delivery of critical datacenter capacity. • Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and negotiate trade-offs. • Provide regular program progress reporting. • End-to-end responsibility for program execution and success. • Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously. • Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions. • Meet/exceed Amazon's leadership principles requirements. • Keep the customer experience as the primary focus. **About the Team** Our Brick and Network Deployment team ensures data center network and port capacity is available for incoming customer racks. You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. **Basic Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in a discipline that requires problem-solving, typically Data Center or Network Technologies, Engineering, Physics, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience. • 3+ years of experience managing projects in a Data Center or Networking environment. • 3+ years of Supply Chain Management experience, e.g., forecasting, planning, scheduling. • 3+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis. **Preferred Qualifications** • Advanced forecast modeling techniques, including safety stock optimization and sensitivity analysis. • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization and reporting tools. • Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel. • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
