Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you'll help current customers gain maximum value from their dbt Cloud deployment. Your goals include driving customer satisfaction, leading technical discussions, and showcasing dbt Cloud's capabilities through live demos and workshops. You'll work closely with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects to build strong relationships with key technical stakeholders and identify opportunities for expansion and churn risks. Additional responsibilities include creating external facing content through live events, blog posts, and recorded tutorials, and participating in cross-functional activities. To succeed in this role, you'll need 2+ years of experience in a post-sales role, a solid technical background, and the ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. Bonus points for dbt certification, prior dbt experience, and basic python competency and advanced SQL knowledge.
