Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, monitor health, and identify opportunities for expansion. Improve customer loyalty through strong relationships and understanding analytics needs. Educate customers on new products and features. Be the voice of the customer in product discussions. Participate in knowledge loops and create external facing content. Requirements include 2+ years of post-sales experience, technical background, and ability to present to stakeholders. Bonus points for dbt certification, python competency, and advanced SQL knowledge. Salary: €84,000 - €107,000, unlimited vacation, excellent healthcare, paid parental leave, and more.
