Technical Analyst Job Description
Seeking an experienced IT professional to assist in design review and delivery of a coherent architecture and technology roadmap for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the Core banking landscape of the Bank.
- Lead the design of functional and technical solution components, ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy and roadmap.
- Provide guidance to IT partner teams and answer questions in relation to proposed solutions.
- Conduct IT Impact assessments, considering the implications of required application changes on the wider IT ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business and IT colleagues to create solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in core banking and delivery of IT-enabled change.
- Experience with at least one Core banking system (preferably Transact).
- Expertise in Web-based technologies and Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Focused on quality and a track record of delivering process improvements.
