Our client is a leading BRC AA+ accredited Food Company seeking a Technical and Food Safety Assistant to join our clients experienced team. Negotiable salary depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing Quality Management and HACCP systems. Maintain BRC Grade AA+ standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Coordinate supplier approvals and manage specifications. Handle customer specifications and liaise with clients. Support daily internal Quality Assurance. Conduct internal and customer audits. Assist in staff training. Participate in New Product Development (NPD). Requirements: Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field. Knowledge of BRC Food Standard. Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented. Proficient in relevant office and IT skills. Full driver's licence & access to a car.
