Technical Area Sales Manager UZIN – IrelandPermanent Full TimeAt UZIN UTZ, a globally recognised family business, we are dedicated to excellence in flooring technology. From our beginnings as a small regional adhesive manufacturer, we have grown into one of the world’s leading providers of comprehensive flooring solutions.Our UK subsidiary, Uzin Utz UK Ltd, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager based in Ireland. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our Uzin Utz brands across Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you have a passion for flooring technology and a proven sales record, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Support the growth of the Uzin Utz brands; UZIN, WOLFF Tools and PALLMANN, by maintaining and increasing sales of our products through excellent relationships with distributors, contractors and retailers in your area.Reach the targets and goals set for Ireland and Northern Ireland with regular review of activity plans, performance, and targets.Establish, maintain, and expand our customer base, servicing contractors, retailers, and distributors while providing industry-leading technical support.Increase business opportunities through various routes to market and identify new markets or new product opportunities.Manage and develop the sales of our high-quality range of brands and products.Demonstrate products to the contract flooring trade.Perform site visits to provide technical advice to customers and write specifications.Work alongside our distribution partners to identify end customers, sales opportunities, and prospects in their market.Provide excellent technical support to these partners.Provide distributors and contractors with new product or application data and marketing information.Organise product training events with contractors, retailers and distributors.Gather market and customer information.Maintain the CRM system database for existing customers and prospective customers.Extensive traveling in Ireland and Northern Ireland.Values:A passion for Innovation and Sustainability.Communicate clearly, act responsibly and sincerely to create reliable relationships.Take on challenges as opportunities to learn and achieve something new, driven by the successes of our employees and customers.Act professionally and make decisions with care for uncomplicated cooperation.A positive attitude towards teamwork and appreciation for the contributions of others.Essential Criteria for applicants:Experience in the contract flooring market or construction industry, with knowledge of, and/or background in, floor covering installation and/or subfloor preparation products.Strong networking skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors and retailers.A proven track record in a sales role (preferably field based).Motivated, reliable and focused on success.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good computer knowledge and IT skills.A full UK/EU driving licence.Desirable Criteria for applicants:Knowledge of wood floor installation and renovation.Previous experience with CRM systems.What we offer:An extensive degree of autonomy in the workspace, combined with a strong sense of personal accountability.A role within a thriving and expanding company with a track record of success.Company Car.Contributions to pensions plan.Group Medical Insurance (UK coverage).Application:If, like us, you are passionate, appreciative and down-to-earth, we look forward to receiving your application.
