Job Description

Technical Business Analyst sought for 3-month contract, 50% of full-time, to support IT infrastructure and solution design with expertise in networking, servers, and monitoring tools.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team with your technical insights and documentation skills. You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and helping design solutions that improve IT infrastructure and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, firewalls, storage, databases, and application ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with popular monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace, New Relic, or Datadog, to assess and optimize system performance.
  • Proficiency in documentation, configuration, and architecture, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documents.

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) concepts, including synthetic vs. real-user monitoring (RUM), UX/UI metrics, and their impact on performance.
  • API integrations and their role in connecting various systems and platforms.
  • Dev Ops/Agile Practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Dev Ops methodologies to improve development workflows and collaboration.
