Contract Opportunity: Technical Business Analyst (50% - 3-Month Contract) Are you a skilled Technical Business Analyst with a passion for IT infrastructure and solution design? Our client is offering an exciting 3-month contract at 50% (2.5 days per week) for an experienced candidate who thrives in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. What You'll Do: As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our team with your technical insights and documentation skills. You'll be responsible for analsing, documenting, and helping design solutions that improve IT infrastructure and operations. What We're Looking For: Must-Have Skills: IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking, servers/firewalls, storage, databases, and application ecosystems. Monitoring Tools Expertise: Familiarity with popular monitoring tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or Datadog, allowing you to assess and optimise system performance. Solution Design: Proficiency in documentation, configuration, and architecture with the ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documents. Nice-to-Have Skills: Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM): Knowledge of DEM concepts, including synthetic vs. real-user monitoring (RUM), UX/UI metrics, and their impact on performance. API Integrations: A high-level understanding of API integrations and their role in connecting various systems and platforms. DevOps/Agile Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and how Agile/DevOps methodologies can improve development workflows and collaboration. Why This Contract?
