**Technical Business Systems Analyst** We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Systems Analyst to partner with internal teams to identify, design, and deploy technology solutions that promote strategic programs and operational improvements. **Job Description** As a Technical Business Systems Analyst, you will: * Partner with internal teams to provide technical and functional support, acting as a trusted project manager who understands current business processes and systems * Develop system integrations to automate and scale business systems using APIs, SFTPs, and Webhooks * Troubleshoot problems as they arise * Configure user security profiles, assign and deactivate users, perform annual audits, and potentially automate these tasks * Collaborate with the Security and Legal teams to ensure internal teams follow Squarespace's internal data privacy policies * Support software owners in creating software configurations when the configurations impact integrations or employee processes **Requirements** * You are a problem solver who loves to come up with creative solutions to complex problems * You are familiar with APIs, SFTPs, Web Hook integrations * Bonus experience: + 3+ years of in-house Business Systems Analyst experience (preferably at a high-growth technology company) + Experience supporting software such as Workday, Greenhouse, Netsuite, Coupa, Iron Clad, or Docusign + Experience integrating systems using middleware (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, or Boomi) + Computer Science or Software Engineering background **Benefits** * A choice between medical plans with an option for 100% covered premiums * Health Savings Account with Squarespace funding * Fertility and adoption benefits * Supplemental Insurance plans * Headspace mindfulness app subscription * Retirement benefits with employer match * Flexible paid time off * 12 to 20 weeks of paid family leave * Equity plan for all employees * $100 per month remote stipend * Access to supplemental insurance plans for additional coverage * Education reimbursement * Employee donation match to community organizations * 6 Global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) * Hack week twice per year * Cash Compensation Range: $70,500 – $113,850 USD
