We are expanding our Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) to be able to grow the support we offer to our clients. With this growth comes the need for a Technical Consultant. You’ll be working in our AEC team in Limerick to offer effective guidance in everything from defining, implementing, and supporting Autodesk products, other solutions, and own technology products across all industry.ABOUT USAt Symetri we create and provide technology solutions and services for design, engineering, construction and manufacturing businesses. Opportunities to travel both nationally and internationally, and gain valuable experience in new technologies including Virtual Reality and Autodesk Cloud Interface.As a Technical Consultant, your tasks will include:Working within the AEC/BIM 360 and ACC products landscapeCustomer-specific workflow developmentTrainingTechnical supportTo be successful in this position you are required to have the following merits:Autodesk AEC product experience of 2+ years requiredProficiency in AEC/BIM 360 and ACC products, with demonstrable experience in technical support, implementation, and configurationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for content creation, client interactions, and webinar presentationsAbility to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends in the AEC/BIM domainExperience in Engineering/BIM-related fields would be advantageousThis role requires a proactive individual with a passion for both technology and client satisfaction. The candidate must be adaptable, creative, and adept at multitasking within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Travel might be required occasionally for client engagements or training sessions.We expect our employees to actively manage their own success.
