Assist the Transfer Agency Dividends, Rebates and Commissions Team Leader in managing a cyclical deadline driven function, requiring efficient decision making and effective multi-tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and delivering the Dividend, Rebate and Commissions teams' responsibilities, ensuring data protection and regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure effective and timely communication to all Dividend, Rebate and Commissions partners.
- Maintain strong control links and oversight with teams where Ireland has outsourced activities.
- Participate in client, audit, compliance and external meetings representing the TA Dividend, Rebate and Commissions function.
- Assist in collating annual Strategy Plans for the Dividend, Rebate and Commissions team.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Management Reports as required.
- Analyse and understand data to aid the team leader.
- Assist in ensuring all Incident Reporting is completed within required timelines.
- Continually improve the service offering to clients and investors.
Requirements
- Experience of deadline driven functions, including effective problem solving and decision making.
- Proven interpersonal skills, relationship building, mentoring, coaching and team engagement skills.
- Experience of implementing client service standards, regulatory requirements, strategic, regulatory and operational changes.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of effective risk management.
