Job Description

Customer Account Manager sought for leading manufacturing company with 15+ years of experience in the Healthcare, Aviation, and environmental industries.

We have been working with this client for over 15 years. They are a world leading manufacturing company, manufacturing products that are used widely across the world in the Healthcare, Aviation and environmental industries. They have grown and developed their skilled workforce exponentially over that time and are regarded as one of the best companies to work for in the area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for every aspect of the customer relationship, from generating quotes to reviewing contracts, from identifying customers' needs to providing solutions to meet those needs. They will be in constant communication with other sales personnel and departments in the pursuit of delivering exceptional customer service.

The responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager include:

  • Generating sales by being fast-paced, responsive, and accurate with an ability to build long-term business relations.
  • Interacting with customers and handling customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Generating leads and building relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
  • Being highly organized with strong administration skills.
  • Solution-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Handling complex tasks in a technical environment.
  • Prioritizing tasks and being a multitasker.
  • Having Customer Account Management experience in a B2B environment, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong computer and administrative skills, and an ability to handle inbound sales queries.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Having a technical, business, science or related degree and experience of working in a sales environment.

The working hours are 39 hours per week, with flexibility to start at 7 or 9 and finish at 3:30 or 5:30. The first few months will be fully office-based, then it could be 3 days on-site.
