**Technical Designer Wanted for Dynamic Design Studio** We are seeking a highly motivated and solutions-driven Technical Designer to join our team in Ballinakill, Co Laois. As a Technical Designer, you will be responsible for turning ideas into reality and finding innovative solutions to our clients' challenges. **About the Role** We are a design studio and fabrication workshop specializing in designing, producing, and installing unique and creative event and activation structures & immersive installations. Our ideal candidate will have a strong flair for executing concepts through technical drawings and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. **Key Responsibilities** • Collaborate with creative and fabrication teams to assist with initial project approaches and methodologies • Create concepts and render drawings for clients in consultation with the Creative Director • Develop production design drawings, build methods, and costings in close collaboration with the Workshop Manager & Creative Director • Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and support the workshop team with solutions and queries • Source materials and specialists required to fulfill project requirements • Develop and maintain databases of assets for use across all projects **Requirements** • Fluent in written and spoken English • Proficient in Sketch Up and V-Ray (or equivalent) • Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus • Experience with project management software, such as 'Click Up' equivalent • Strong project management skills in a deadline-driven environment • Comfortable thinking outside the box and open to new approaches • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills while being flexible to ever changing client needs • Creative thinker with a solutions-focused approach • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively • Collaborative and proactive with a positive attitude towards problem-solving **What We Offer** • A supportive and dynamic work environment with an experienced creative, operations, and fabrications team • Opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced startup • The chance to work on unique and creative projects that push the boundaries of design and fabrication **How to Apply** If you're interested in this exciting technical challenge, please submit your resume and be sure to include a link to your portfolio of work.
