We are searching for a talented and experienced Technical Director to join as a founding member of the studio and influence the creation of a world-class team.ResponsibilitiesGives direction and maintains quality of all technical aspects of the game studioManages and provides mentorship to all engineering and IT staffCollaborates with the recruitment team, conducting interviews and occasionally joining on trips to build a world-class engineering teamWorks directly with studio directors, game team leads and other Electric Square studiosPerforms technical due diligence for clients, project development, and pitchesTakes part in client hospitality during on-site visitsMentors through regular one-to-ones and appraisals for team membersRequirementsFive shipped titles, with minimum two as leadAt least 10 years working in the games industryAAA experience is a requirementFamiliarity with a breadth of technologies from low-level programming through to cloud servicesExperience on console/PC platforms required. Experience on mobile desirableExperience working in a co-dev environment desirableExperience working in Unreal required. Experience working in Unity and proprietary engines desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
