You will lead a strong team of programmers and be responsible for the product's technical development.We value sharing best practices and mutual support within our teams. We work with modern C++ standards, making the most of its capabilities.This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).TasksBuilding a strong development team: responsibility for hiring, guiding, training, and developing leading programmersForming and implementing a strategy for the technical development of a mobile gaming projectAnalyzing the efficiency of existing technologies and tools in all product-related areas and improving themAnalyzing the efficiency and relevance of development processes and improving themDisseminating information between development teams and product-related teamsInteracting with various company divisions and other projectsOur stackThe primary development language for our game projects is C++. We use C++17 and Boost. For one-time tasks, we use Lua and Python. We use our own engine, which we are constantly refining to better suit our game projects' demands.Requirements2+ years of experience as a Technical Director or CTOStrong technical backgroundExperience with large/complex projects running on an in-house engine or Unity/UnrealExtensive C++ programming experienceDevelopment/maintenance of an in-house engine or complex projects on Unity/Unreal/CryEngineExperience developing, motivating, and hiring senior programmersTechnical supervision of a team of 10+ programmersWork FormatRemote or from one of the company's offices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
