We foster a culture of innovation, empowerment, and inclusivity, where talented individuals can thrive and bring their best ideas to life. **About Electric Square** * 350+ talented individuals from diverse backgrounds * Collaborative work environment with four innovative studios * Award-winning working environment * Embracing diversity, celebrating individuality, and promoting equality * Equal opportunity workplace **Responsibilities** * Leads the technical direction and quality of the game studio * Manages and mentors engineering and IT staff * Collaborates with recruitment team to build a world-class engineering team * Works closely with studio directors, game team leads, and other Electric Square studios * Performs technical due diligence for clients and project development * Mentors team members through regular one-to-ones and appraisals **Requirements** * At least 10 years of experience in the games industry * AAA experience required * Familiarity with a breadth of technologies from low-level programming to cloud services * Experience on console/PC platforms required * Experience on mobile platforms desirable * Experience working in co-dev environments desirable * Experience working in Unreal required * Experience working in Unity and proprietary engines desirable
