Job Description

The Technical Director will lead the technical and operational aspects of our water treatment company Aquachem, overseeing the design, implementation, and optimisation of water treatment systems. This role requires a deep understanding of water treatment processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation. The Technical Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, sustainable water treatment solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the technical teams, including engineering and operations.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of water treatment technologies and systems.Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.Direct the planning, execution, and completion of water treatment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Drive research and development initiatives to enhance existing water treatment technologies and develop new, innovative solutions.Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain the company's competitive edge.Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the reliability and efficiency of water treatment systems.Monitor and evaluate system performance, implementing improvements as necessary.Develop and manage the technical department's budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.Allocate resources effectively across projects to maximize efficiency and productivity.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored water treatment solutions.Act as the technical point of contact for key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, partners, and suppliers.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in water treatment or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing large-scale water treatment projects from concept to completion.In-depth knowledge of water treatment technologies, processes, and regulations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent project management and organisational abilities.Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, process simulation software).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with advanced water treatment techniques.Knowledge of sustainable water management practices and environmental impact assessments.Experience working in a global or multi-site environment.Compensation:Competitive salary and benefits package, including performance-based bonuses, health insurance, and pension.We are looking forward to hearing from you.Please fill up the application if you wish to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
