Job Description

Summary: Develop technical knowledge in customer metrics, investigate customer escalations, and build documentation for Datadog's product area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical knowledge specific to handling customer metrics
  • Investigate customer escalations, lead technical calls, and handle high-priority issues
  • Build out documentation and knowledge base articles for various technologies
  • Run office hours and lead learning sessions for the Solutions team
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and desire for continuous learning
  • Critical thinker, client-centric approach, and basic knowledge of Linux
  • Tinkerer with previous technical experience
  • Experienced in customer-facing Support or Solutions Engineering

Bonus Points: CS or Engineering majors, open-source project contributions, and experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence.
