Seeking an Android Technical Lead to drive innovation in embedded Android systems for mobile and payment terminals. You will architect high-quality, reliable solutions for a global customer base. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-trust, collaborative team, including developers, architects, product owners, and DevOps engineers. Deliver complex projects within an agile framework, ensuring adherence to best practices. Design and implement embedded Android applications, ensuring an optimal payment flow experience. Influence the design and specification of new applications and services. Oversee complex development tasks, including unit testing and debugging. Manage component, regression, and system integration testing. Troubleshoot issues across various device types and hardware configurations. Ensure proper documentation and quality assurance for end-to-end solutions. Create solutions for monitoring high-performance enterprise environments. Required Experience: 8+ years in Android development, with expertise in embedded applications. Proficiency in Java and Kotlin. Experience in the payments industry, particularly with standards like EMVco, NEXO, PCI DSS. Strong knowledge of Android development, including ROM experience. Familiar with hardware integration and device communication protocols. Skilled in Git, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence. UI development experience for various screen sizes. Preferred Skills: Experience with RXJava, functional programming, MVP/MVC design patterns. Knowledge of frameworks like React Native and JavaScript. #LI-JM2 Skills: Android Java EMVco
