As a talented and motivated individual, you will guide your teams to build innovatively and continuously improve our customer's ways of working.Please note this is a hybrid position and it is expected that you will spend 1 day a week in our customer's Dublin office. Required Skills: Experience leading a high performing, large team of engineersCome from a software engineering background with knowledge and experience in Java and other java related technologies Strong experience in AWS Cloud environmentMust be able to travel to the Dublin office Great verbal and written communications skills Responsibilities: Leading of a multi-disciplinary software development team Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals Liaising with team members, management and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard Hiring, building and growing strong teams Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required Motivating staff and creating a space where they can excel Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures and successesBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field Experience in a similar roleExcellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills What’s in it for you: An opportunity to join a fast-growing company Options for career advancement Learning and development opportunities Flexible working environmentCompetitive rates based on experience Not for you?
