Job Description

Technical Supervisor / Facilities Maintenance Manager role requires hands-on maintenance and management of technical and facilities services, with a focus on electrical, catering, refrigeration, and mechanical maintenance.

As a key member of the team, you will lead and motivate a high-performing team, coordinate subcontractors, and develop strong client relationships to deliver services that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include supervising and managing technical and FM teams, completing planned and reactive maintenance works, coordinating with subcontractors, and providing strategic leadership and client relationship management.

Requirements include a qualified trade background, proven hands-on experience in maintenance systems, exceptional relationship management skills, and experience in managing technical maintenance projects and completing PPM and reactive repairs.

Job Description

  • Supervise and manage technical and FM teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance works as per the maintenance system.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for PPM and reactive works, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Provide strategic leadership and be the point of escalation for all FM and technical issues on-site.
  • Proactively build client relationships and support site leads in developing strategies that meet emerging client needs.

Requirements

  • Qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical trade, with proven hands-on experience in maintenance systems.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with a strong focus on client and staff engagement.
  • Experience in managing technical maintenance projects and completing PPM and reactive repairs.
  • Proficient in managing CAFM maintenance systems and supervising technical teams.
  • Ability to interpret and utilise complex technical systems and manage multiple priorities effectively.
