Job Description
Technical Manager, Global Supplier Quality seeks a highly experienced professional to provide Quality Assurance review and approval for supplier-related activities, compile supplier performance metrics, and lead cross-functional meetings. The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS in a technical discipline, 5+ years of experience in a GMP regulated environment, and proficiency in quality systems. Key responsibilities include:
Providing Quality Assurance review and approval for supplier-related activities impacting GxP operations
Compiling supplier performance metrics, including metrics for supplier changes, deviations, and other measures of supplier performance
Leading and participating in cross-functional supplier quality meetings
Representing Global Quality in multi-departmental meetings and project teams
Maintaining current knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
BA or BS in a technical discipline
5+ years of experience in a GMP regulated environment
Proficiency in quality systems
Organizational and management skills
Ability to present data and defend approaches in front of audiences and inspectors
Desirable skills include experience with TrackWise and/or Veeva QMS, cross-functional project management, and participation in regulatory inspections.
