Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Possess in-depth knowledge and certifications in Microsoft Business Applications, particularly Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
    • Stay updated on the latest product releases and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and client to understand client requirements and objectives.
    • Translate business challenges into comprehensive technical solutions leveraging Microsoft Business Applications.
    • Develop and present customized product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Solution Design and Proposal Development:
    • Work closely with the technical team to design tailored solutions that address client needs and align with our capabilities.
    • Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) and prototype solutions to showcase functionality and feasibility.
    • Assist in the preparation of high-quality proposals, technical documentation, and responses to tender documents.
    • Ensure that proposals are technically sound, aligned with client requirements, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and needs assessment.
    • Conduct client workshops and consultations to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
    • Understand the competitive landscape and market dynamics related to Microsoft Business Applications.
    • Assist in pricing strategies and cost estimations for proposed solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to client solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members when necessary.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements in the pre-sales process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Business Applications, such as Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-focused language.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to contribute to pricing and proposal strategies.
