In this role, you will transform high-level product vision into actionable roadmaps, working cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and market alignment. You'll serve as the expert on the product, balancing customer needs with business goals to maintain the platform's competitive edge.Key Responsibilities:Lead product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Prioritize and manage the product backlog, adapting to customer and stakeholder needs.Translate customer feedback into product improvements that enhance market value.Communicate product vision clearly to the delivery team and ensure alignment throughout the development cycle.Work with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless user experience.About You:5+ years in product management or a customer-facing technical role.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.Familiarity with HR software preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
