Overview:


Our client seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a high-performing team within a global real estate and infrastructure organization.

This role is part of the Technical Infrastructure team, which focuses on digital systems and IoT solutions.

You will play a key role in managing pilot projects, exploring the potential to scale innovative IoT technologies across multiple buildings to reduce costs and emissions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pilot programs to evaluate and deploy IoT and digital infrastructure technologies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyse data streams from devices to cloud platforms.
  • Assess the feasibility of scaling technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and costeffectiveness.
  • Develop and implement program strategies aligned with the organization's real estate objectives, focusing on IoT systems like lighting, energy management, and building management systems (BMS).
  • Work closely with adjacent technical teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g., electronics, construction management) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in real estaterelated programs, ideally working across multiple buildings.
  • Proven experience managing IoT systems or Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Background in Facility Management (FM), consulting, or as a mechanical/electrical engineer with a focus on IoT, controls, or energy systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of program management principles, with a track record of managing complex, multisite programs.
  • Experience in Building Management Systems, IoT applications, lighting systems, or energy management.
  • Familiarity with the infrastructure space, particularly in the deployment of smart building technologies.
