Technical Program Manager Job In Tralee

Technical Program Manager sought for a rapidly growing Tax SaaS solutions company to develop and scale Technical Program Management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale Technical Program Management practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Business teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and releases across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency.
• Address process deficiencies impacting effectiveness.
• Engage with stakeholders to scope requirements.
• Develop KPIs, report progress, and drive risk mitigation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in TPM and/or RTE fundamentals.
• Leadership in technology adoption and process improvement.
• Agile methodologies experience (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Lean).
• Cloud Technologies experience (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure).
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SaaS and Internet technologies experience.
• Certified SAFe Agilist.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure).
• Background in software engineering or SRE.
• Fintech experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
