The Technical Project Manager is the main contact point for the customer in the pre-launch period... You will gain experience working, partnering and collaborating with diverse customers... Create and lead day-to-day project plans; monitor and review progress and timelines... Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and actions... Demonstrate strong project leadership skills and analytical competence... Understand customer needs and challenges, offering valuable and viable solutions... Configure HiredScore product in client environment as per Statement of Work... Build & maintain relationships and communication with the client... Communicate to the client any maintenance needs of the new implementation... Maintain detailed documentation of key tasks, achievements, and client interactions... Work with client Success teams and Support to transition the account... Seeing opportunities for further business & product development... About You Basic Qualifications 4+ years experience in a Technical or Project Implementation Management... 3 years experience technical configuration of using XML or YML files... 2 years experience implementing SaaS / have worked in a Software Delivery environment... 2 years experience with external client-facing of global enterprise... 1 year experience with configuration tools... 1 year experience with Query from SQL/NoSQL databases... Availability and flexibility to work during US hours... Other Qualifications Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges... Strong analytical skills, thorough understanding and capability... Comfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment... Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle... Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project...
