Responsibilities:
* Oversee delivery timelines and resource allocations for change requests across all projects.
* Manage a team of 1-3 software developers.
* Lead and motivate project teams to ensure efficient task completion and milestone achievement.
* Develop contingency plans to ensure timely delivery of change requests.
* Oversee change requests to meet monthly revenue targets.
* Prepare monthly invoices and supporting documents.
* Conduct annual appraisals and provide performance coaching.
* Develop resource schedules to meet project timelines.
* Ensure quality assurance of delivered change requests.
* Coordinate with third-party suppliers.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
* Create customer requirement specifications and technical documents.
* Provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years' experience in Project Management using leading methodologies.
* Experience managing multiple parties and projects across locations.
* Budgetary control and resource allocation skills.
* Strong leadership skills to foster a sense of community within project teams.
