Technical Project Manager Our Multinational Dublin-based client is looking for a IT Project Manager to become a permanent member of their team to provide leadership, guidance and direction whilst supporting various projects. This client operates a hybrid model of work and offers excellent benefits and career progression opportunities. Job Responsibilities: Candidate will have a responsibility to provide E2E delivery of programmes, in line with the selected PM methodologies. Candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing change programme schedules as well as a large team of resources working on several other projects. Candidates should have presentation skills. They must be able present information as well as offering recommendations based on findings to senior stakeholders. Candidate must be prompt and efficient in ensuring key priorities of the project are delivered on time to reach the objectives set. Candidate must be able to offer creative insights and advice regarding the programme and make decisions that will affect the project overall. Candidate must work towards bringing the programme objectives to fruition and adapt to the cultural environment and operations of the company. Must act as a mentor and give guidance to those on the team as well as staff at all levels. Candidate must have experience in the following: 5+ years experience working in client/customer facing positions. IT or Business-related Degree from a recognized 3rd level institution PRINCE2 Certified or similar Experience working on a range of projects including Cloud migration, ERP, Transformation. Worked in the training and management of teams including contractors and clients. Strong communication skills Proven track record of delivering high quality transformative programmes on a large scale. Desirable: Overseeing and advising on project budgets and programme risk management. Candidate should have experience working collaboratively with key stakeholders and multiple departments cross company, including IT, Finance in order meet the client needs. An interest in learning about innovative technologies An ability to develop innovative ideas to solve the clients complex problems.
