Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Technical change projects to improve department efficiency and capability.
- Oversee cross-functional teams in complex projects.
- Achieve financial targets and control budgets.
- Analyze complex processes and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering/Manufacturing/Science.
- 15 years of experience in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment.
- Technical Operations Supervisory experience.
- Strong Technical decision making and problem-solving skills.
